You have the right to request and receive the deletion of your personal data collected within or through our Services.

If you would like to exercise this right, please send your request to support@humdes.app (please note that if your request is sent to any other SIA "SC GENERAL"’s email address, we cannot guarantee its receipt and further processing). We will strive to respond to your request within 30 days of receiving it. In order to exercise your right, we will need to identify you as the owner of the account. You shall understand and agree that for these purposes we will have to ask you for additional information, such as photos and/or copies of your documents, which you agree to provide. Providing these documents is necessary to avoid fraud, as well as to protect your account from possible harm.

Please note that the deletion of your personal data will be accompanied by the deletion of all information related to it, such as your in-game progress, including the level reached, purchased licenses for in-game content (including those purchased with real money) and any other in-game content related to your account. Recovery will be impossible. By requesting the deletion of your personal data, you acknowledge and accept this fact and confirm the deletion of all information relating to your data.

Please note that in the event that you stop the process of deleting your personal data, you may still lose access to the SIA "SC GENERAL" Services.

Please note that all correspondence regarding the deletion of personal data is conducted in English only.


5.1 Data Storage

Your data will be stored in our system for as long as your account is active or for as long as it is required to provide you the Services. Please be aware that if you request to have your data deleted, we will continue to store it as anonymous information after your account is deleted. Any information you have shared with other users of our Services, such as in-game correspondence, technical support correspondence or any other content made available to other users, will remain available in the system after your information is deleted.
